The day will be
spent with Sasha in a beautiful environment with catered lunch and dinner. The contents, exercises, and material given to the Participant will be
devoted to addressing each of these experiences and topics:

The
One Day Intensive Package includes a set of 4 MP3 audio
recordings:

location in a suite where catered meals will be provided.
Breaks and time
