I am an animal advocate and spend most of my day at the computer posting, cross-posting animals that are in need of help. Abuse cases are particularly difficult as well as blind/deaf animals. It can all be very stressful trying to get these animals to as many rescue groups as appropriate for the individual situation. I found that even though my body was ready to relax, my mind didn't want to turn off and I was not sleeping well as a result. Sasha gave me a copy of her Celestial Toning music, Sacred Peace, and told me to listen to it over and over. I did - and the result was amazing!
