recommendation I could give you that would do justice to this amazing music on Sasha's CD, 'Sacred
Peace.' I am an animal advocate and spend most of my day at the computer posting, cross-posting
animals that are in need of help. Abuse cases are particularly difficult as well as blind/deaf
animals. It can all be very stressful trying to get these animals to as many rescue groups as
appropriate for the individual situation. I found that even though my body was ready to relax, my
mind didn't want to turn off and I was not sleeping well as a result. Sasha gave me a copy of her
Celestial Toning music, Sacred Peace, and told me to listen to it over and over. I did - and the
result was amazing! My mind actually clears, I can feel the relaxation going through my entire body
almost as a gentle pulse. It is so easy to just let your mind and body almost float with the music.
It's difficult to explain the feeling that goes from your brain all through your body, slowly and
gently. I would strongly recommend this music to anyone who, like me, after the stresses of the day
(or anytime), needs to "get away from it all". That's what this does for me. I put the CD into my
player, laid down on the bed and waited to see what would happen. I had had a very bad day. Within
moments I could literally feel every muscle, tendon and nerve in my body start to relax. It was
amazing! To try to describe the vibrant colors is impossible. The colors of the rainbow, but not
any rainbow - just waves of the most beautiful colors I had ever seen. I drifted with them...almost
becoming one with them. The waves went with the music, something like riding on a song (doesn't
make sense I know). This lasted for a long time until it led to a feeling of really not being in
this world anymore. I don't know where I was, but it was amazingly beautiful. Call it a vision if
you want; that would probably be accurate. I stayed at that place until the music stopped and even
then found it hard to leave. The whole experience was one I had never had before - I just know I
will have it again and again each time I listen to the celestial toning of 'Sacred
