Happy Mother’s Day Blessings!

Today’s designation of love, appreciation, and recognition for The Mother energy is as true for the inner Mother as it is for our externals Mothers. Whether you are a man or a woman,  it is my wish that we pause to reflect upon those Mother figures in our lives that have nurtured our spark of Self Worth, Self Compassion, Self Development, and Self Determination.  May we pause to internalize these women, whether we had direct contact with them in our life OR they were outside our direct experience. We may have walked directly side by side with those influential women who empowered us to be who we are today. These women, instead, may have come to us as models of motherhood at its highest expression through books, movies, play scripts, videos, and TV characters.

I invite us all to gently focus inwards and own our internal Mother as we simultaneously express our profound gratitude to our external Mothers. May we remember HER. Feel HER. Honor HER. Invoke and Evoke HER. Love HER.

For me, SHE is the force of nurturing all of who we are. SHE is that buffering, soothing yet driving current of energy that nudges or PUSHES us to become who we are meant to be in this life time.

I sense the MOTHER energy as a pulsing awareness of what is possible for us to accomplish while being a current of confidence reminding us that we have what it takes to get where we want to arrive.
