Candace Davenport, JD, CITRMS spent over thirty years as an attorney mainly representing disabled people who were trying to get Social Security Disability. After retiring, she become a Certified Identity Theft Risk Management Specialist, and recognized the importance of becoming a published author to not only become an expert in her field but to also enhance her credibility.

After being told that it was impossible to publish her first book, The Little Book of Identity Theft, in the specific size and style that she wanted, Candace and a friend co-founded the Our Little Books publishing company. She was then not only able to publish her own little book in its unique style and size, but also the little books of others wanting to become published authors as well. Since then, as Publishing Consultant for Our Little Books, she has been helping people become authors by guiding them through the publishing process from the beginning idea to the final little book in a fun and educational way.
